Muscheler et al., 2005 Galactic Cosmic Rays Magnetic Field - The Laschamp Anomaly reveals that significantly higher GCR's do not correlate with significant temperature change. This indicates that GCR's may have an effect but that it is likely much less significant than Henrik Svensmark has indicated.
