Moncktonized Trend v. Reality

Lord Monckton apparently attempts to pull the wool over everyone's eyes by using short term trends (weather) within natural variation to discount the long term trends (climate). He also is apparently exaggerating the IPCC trend in order to trick the reader into thinking the IPCC is wrong.
